Balai Latihan Kerja
Untuk mendukung pemberdayaan anak – anak berkebutuhan khusus ini (ABK) Yayasan Bhakti Luhur menyediakan balai latihan ini untuk melatih keterampilan kerja mereka sehingga dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan luar pada waktu mereka lulus dari panti ini.
Latihan kerja atau keterampilan ini dibimbing oleh guru – guru khusus yang mempunyai keahlian dibidangnya, dimana bertugas untuk memberi semangat dan pendidikan kepada anak – anak ini.
Life-skill training / vocational workshops
To empower our children with special needs, Bhakti Luhur Foundation provides life-skill training/vocational workshops to equip them with necessary skills to perform well in their daily lives. The hope is that upon returning to the society they could contribute and adapt easily.
Our coaches are specialized teachers who are experts in their fields, serving both as mentors as well as motivator to these children.
Centre de Formation
Pour soutenir l’autonomisation des enfants – les enfants ayant des besoins particuliers de cette (ABK), Yayasan Bhakti Luhur fournir ces centres de formation pour former leurs compétences professionnelles afin qu’ils puissent s’adapter à l’environnement extérieur au moment de leur diplôme de cette institution.
La formation professionnelle ou de compétences est guidé par les enseignants – en particulier les enseignants qui ont une expertise dans leur domaine, qui a servi à donner des encouragements et de l’éducation de l’enfant – l’enfant.

Di mayoritas regio Bhakti Luhur mereka diajarkan untuk belajar berswasembada seperti membuat dan mengelola tempe untuk kebutuhan mereka sendiri dan dijual, belajar beternak ayam, kambing atau babi, berkebun atau berladang. Disamping belajar berwiraswasta mereka juga melatih otot motorik mereka sehingga mereka lebih lincah dalam bergerak, meskipun kadang kala mereka masih ditemani oleh perawat.
In the majority of Bhakti Luhur Region, the children are taught to have self-sustaining skills. The skills include, but not limited to:Tempeh making (soy-based food products), dairy farming, raising livestocks (chickens, goats, pigs, etc.), as well as planting and gardening. Aside from being taught enterpreneurship, they are to train their motoric skills everyday, although sometimes they still need the accompaniment of caring nurses.
Dans la majorité de la région de l’Luhur Bhakti on leur apprend à apprendre l’auto-suffisante, comme le tempeh de créer et de gérer leurs propres besoins et vendre, apprendre à élever des poulets, des chèvres ou des cochons, le jardinage ou l’agriculture. In the Malang Region, our children receive special orders to produce consumer goods such as candles, paving bricks and household furnitures.
Alors que dans Malang Regio ils reçoivent aussi un ordre de travail pour faire des bougies pour les événements, les pavés des trottoirs et des meubles de maison.
